About Nathalie
Nathalie is the Owner & CEO of several companies including Harvard Services Group, one of the largest woman-owned certified, national commercial janitorial service provider. Before becoming an entrepreneur in 2012, she spent her career leading teams, building brands and driving innovation globally for Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer and Merck.
In addition to being featured in Forbes Magazines’ Most Powerful Women issue, she was recognized as “Enterprising Women of the Year” by Enterprising Women Magazine, and she is featured in the book “Invisible Heroes” which showcases the inspirational stories of 23 women who have brought cleaning out of the shadows. Her company was recognized with the following awards: JLL Supplier of Distinction, BSCAI Safety Award, INC. 5000 fastest-growing private companies and Top 500 Diversity Business in the US. She advocates for her industry and women by being the 2022 President of the Building Service Contractor Association (BSCAI) and is a co-founding Council Member of the ISSA Hygieia Network, which focuses on the mentorship of women in her industry. She is an Advisory Board Member for Enterprising Women and Contracting Profits Magazines, an active YPO Miami member and a FL Council of 100 Board member.
Mrs. Doobin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Hautes Etudes Commerciales and an Executive MBA from University of Quebec. She and her husband Stanley proudly contribute to multiple charitable organizations across the US as well as their local community.
