Nathalie Doobin, owner and CEO of Harvard Services Group, was recently awarded the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI’s) prestigious James E. Purcell Leadership Award for her outstanding service to the building service contracting industry. Doobin has excelled in the BSCAI since attending her first conference in 2011. She joined the board in 2015 and became its president in 2022, making her one of the organization’s few female presidents in its 50-year history. Throughout her time in the BSCAI, Doobin has championed educational programs, certifications, and networking opportunities that strengthen industry connections.
Beyond industry leadership, Doobin has supported her community through her company’s success. “Harvard’s success has helped fuel my contributions in the community, business, and the arts,” she says. “As such, I am a proud board member of the Mount Sinai Miami Beach Foundation, the Florida Council of 100, and the Pittsburgh-based Andy Warhol Museum.” Along with her husband, Doobin also supports local charities that her employees value, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and social responsibility.
